Instructions for Upload Camera-ready Paper
1.For conference proceedings and CD-ROM use, your camera-ready full paper must be met the required format and in PDF file. The electronic file of your camera-ready full paper should be upload on the web.
2.Author can login the web page with your username/password and click ˇ°my paperˇ±in navigator to view the review result and upload the final paper.
3.All papers should upload before July 15, 2008.
4.Please format your paper(s) according to the following requirements in the Word template. Please read it carefully!
MS Word template ( Word .doc format).
5.The paper title, authors' name and affilication should be completely consistent with your final paper!
Instructions for Copyright
1.All the authors of paper accepted must sign a copyright of the paper and send it to the Technical Program Committee.
2.Authors can here here to download the copyright form.
3.Authors should read the copyright form carefully and sign it.
4.The copyright must be upload to the Technical Program Committee on the web. Authors can login the web page with your username/password and click ˇ°my paperˇ±in navigator to upload the copyright.
5.We just accept jpg files.
Instructions for Registration
1.At least one author of papers accepted must register to Technical Program Committee.
2.Authors should read the registration form carefully and fill it. We has sent a letter enclosed registration form to the authors.
3.The registration form must be upload to the Technical Program Committee on the web. Authors can login the web page with your username/password and click ˇ°my paperˇ±in navigator to upload the registration.
4.Please attach your remittance receipt on the bottom of registration form, and upload to the TPC.
5.We just accept jpg files.
Instructions for Submission
1.Authors MUST submit their manuscripts through the web site http://icwmmn08.bjtu.edu.cn. Please note that authors must create their own accounts in the web site http://icwmmn08.bjtu.edu.cn before submitting paper(s). Manuscripts may only be submitted in PDF format.
2.Manuscripts must be written in English and follow the instructions in Manuscript Formatting and Templates
3.Quick guideline on submitting papers:
(1)Log in to http://icwmmn08.bjtu.edu.cn(Enter your username and password. If this is your first time, you will need to set up an account.)
(2)Click on the "Submit Paper" button in navigator column.
(3)Fill the information form and click on the "submit" button to upload your paper. We accept PDF format only.
Manuscript Formatting and Templates
1. Please assure the originality and reliability of the content in your paper.
2. Please confirm to write your paper with clear English without obvious grammar errors.
3. Your paper must be not shorter than three pages, and no longer than four pages. The paper submitted over four pages will be charged $60 per extra page.
4. Please format your paper(s) according to the following requirements in the Word template. Please read it carefully!
